This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, and DragonSurf.biz.

Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement.

Terms of Membership

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your DragonSurf.biz account(s), without recourse on your part.

Legal action will be pursued by DragonSurf.biz for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.

Simply put, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The consequences of this type of marketing can cause substantial damage for all parties involved.

Please note, DragonSurf.biz is not responsible for the income claims or promises with sites in rotation. Please research all business opportunities before you join them. Be sure to visit your local Better Business Bureau, and other consumer awareness organizations before you invest any amount of money! You join any program at your own risk.

As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and informative updates from DragonSurf.biz and Soren Jordansen to all email addresses on record.

Members have the right to cancel their DragonSurf.biz membership at any time. All existing referrals and/or credits and future earning potential through our affiliate program will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to DragonSurf.biz created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. Only those who have access to your online banking account(s) may do so.

Cancellation of any subscription(s) will result in the immediate termination of all related accounts (downgrade to free status), regardless of the last successful payment date. DragonSurf.biz shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.

In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related DragonSurf.biz accounts and subscriptions will be terminated, without recourse on your part.

Your usage session must be a full browser window. Any software found to be minimizing the browsers will be cause for immediate termination of the account. This is a traffic exchange, the basic concept of this is to co-operate with other viewers. Please do not use or endorse this kind of cheat software. Please view your sites in full browser windows!

DragonSurf.biz reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to the following types of programs:

• Sites that contain Extreme Adult Content, Pornography, Racial or Hate Issues, Vulgar
  Language, Illegal content, and Violence
• Sites promoting HYIP Programs
• All Auto Surf Programs
• All Investment Surfs Gambling
• Paid-To-Promote Programs
• Gambling sites, casinoes, poker rooms (free game sites are ok)
• Any other program which DragonSurf.biz deems inappropriate.

Additionally, websites will NOT be accepted into our network of member sites if they
contain the following:

• More than one (1) pop-up window
• The ability to break out of Dragon Surf frames
• Virus or script downloads (including i-frame PPC and/or search sites)
• Overall content based on a language other than English

If any of these types of sites are found in the exchange, DragonSurf.biz reserves the right
to immediately suspend the site, and all credits assigned will be deleted from the account.
The decision of DragonSurf.biz in these matters is final and not subject to debate. In
extreme cases or in the case of repeat offender, DragonSurf.biz also reserves the right
to terminate the account of the owners of such sites

Only one account per user or IP address is permitted.

Only user user per account. YOU must surf to earn credits, you cannot have friends, family or employees surf for you. If you do not want to surf you can buy credits.

Changing Upline, Deleting your account only to re-join again in an effort to change your sponsor/referrer/upline is not allowed. Asking members to delete their account and re-join under you is not allowed.

Promoting Dragon Surf using "paid to sign up" sites is NOT allowed.

No autoresponders, period! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One
autoresponse message from your account is grounds for account deletion. And if your
e-mail bounces, your account is subject to immediate removal.

Right to Update – Dragondurf.biz reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice. These rules are the terms and conditions of membership. By opening an account and by use of our service, you agree to be bound by them.
